Our workshop begins with a mechanical inspection so we can understand the condition of your bicycle before any work starts. That helps us separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and explain the next steps clearly.

If extra work is needed, we request approval before moving ahead. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and final pricing depends on the condition of the bicycle and component compatibility after inspection.
Once the repair is complete, we carry out a post-service function check and share a concise summary at collection. Booking is available by phone, email, contact form, or workshop drop-in, with extended hours during the week and on Saturday.
